Me and my cousin invented this Philippine version
. It does not come in white though sorry. Well, as far as i know.

All you need are;
1 Dong-a Playon Color (Body)
2 Sharpie Ultra Fine Point (Caps)
2 Pentel BK83/ Pentel Meteor (Tips)
Tools;
Crafting knife
Scissors
Clear tape
Screw driver or anything hard and can fit in the Sharpie cap
Tutorial; (Yey! only six steps
)
1. Get the Sharpie Ultra Fine Point and hollow it out. Either by punching the thing in the middle of the cap out with a screw driver or using the crafting knife and pushing it in the gap between the cap and the thing in the middle at the top of the Sharpie cap and weakening it by punching holes in the gap, then pushing it out.
2. Try to fit the cap in the body of the Dong-a Playon Color, thinner part first. If it goes to the part where the original cap of it goes, then good. If not, make the inside of the Sharpie cap smooth by scrapping the plastic left from hollowing it out with the crafting knife until it can fit all the way to the part where the original cap of the Playon Color was. Do the same on the other cap
3. Make the Dong-a Playon Color tip (not really the tip but the plastic bit befor the writting tip) strait by smoothening out the bumbs on it. You can also use the crafting knife to cut the bumps off. Do the same on the other tip.
4. Put tape on the Dong-a Playon Color tip. About seven loops. Then leave about 8 mm of the tape from the base of the tip. Do the same to the other side.
5. Put the Pentel BK83/ Pentel Meteor tips in the fatter portion of the Sharpie caps until it fits perfectly on the cap. Put the cap on the Dong-a Playon Color. And your done!
6. HAVE FUN SPINNING IT

*Oh yeah, if anyone knows a way to remove the writting on the Dong-a Playon Color
without removing the shine. Please tell me.
