| guys i already did this one as a science xperryment way back high school the principle is simple it is called "convection" or transfer of heat through contact between matter of different states
the hand warms the air under the paper so the air will flow upward making the chi wheel to spin then cold air will rush through to displace the warm air and the process will continue
this phenomena will be very obvious if their is a great difference of temp between the hand and the environment
so my tip is do this trick on a cold weather making sure that your hand is warm
for the trick with the chi wheel inside a glass
the principle applied to that is static electricity
should either rub the glass to give it a charge or the paper or your hand
try it it will work promise
