| i just got air alert4, (it's a vertical jump program) intended to increase your vertical jump after finishing it.
I will be doing Air Alert for 15 weeks, and I will post my gains each week.
My goal is to be able to dunk beforemy october 15, 2011 ( xD ) **after air alert i will be doing Vertical Jump Bible(VJB) it's a 36 weeks program...and after vjb i will buy vertical Mastery(a software which creates jump programs after analyzing your weaknesses in vertical jumping** so yeah wish me luck! hopefully by 0ctober next year i will be able to dunk..
my stats before air alert..

Height: 5.6 ft
weight: i didn't measure it yet.. im not that fat and not that skinny
Standing Vertical: 23"
running vertical: 26"

| what is Vertical Jump?? does this have something to do with basketball??...but you said its a program?? and btw, goodluck | |

vertica jump = simply a jump yeah.. im improving my vert so that i can dunk! xD btw, it is a program because it has workouts and instructions for you to follow ^^ ( it's not a computer program xD) ung vertical mastery un.. software/program sia! thanks | |
